Blog BackUps
There are several options available to backup all the hard work you put into your blog and it is a good idea to use one of these.

Blog Backup Online
Blog Backup Online is currently in Beta, so that means they are still building the program and working out any bugs howevr it is also currently free. The process is easy, you select a user name and password and enter your email. After that you supply your blog URL and the site automatically starts backing up your posts. If you are an amateur blogger this is probably your best option.

Blogger Backup
Blogger Backup is a more complicated backup option for the blogger who wants more control over their backup options. Unlike Blog Backup Online, Blogger Backup requires you to download their open source software and run it off of your home computer. One advantage is Blogger Backup offers the option of saving comments from your blog as well as your posts so if you are a larger blog with lots of comments this may be a better route for you to look into. Blogger Backup is also currently in Beta. View some screenshots to get a better idea of the options available as a backup utility.
